Delete account & data

Delete your account (recommended)

You can permanently delete your account and associated data inside the app:

  1. Open the Sakeenah app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Data & Privacy.
  4. (Optional) Export your data first as JSON or CSV.
  5. Choose Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion removes your account record, daily checklist answers, progress, account-linked notification preferences, and auth tokens from our servers.

Request deletion by email (fallback)

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address on your account:

bkryelmaki30@gmail.com

Include: a deletion request and the email you used to register. We will process the request within a reasonable time and confirm when complete.

Delete data without deleting the account?

Personal account data is removed together with account deletion. To keep a copy first, use Export data in Settings. For special requests (e.g. erase part of your history while keeping the account), contact bkryelmaki30@gmail.com.
